Itchy skin is one of the most common issues that dogs experience so the last thing you want to do is use products that add to the problem.

During high allergy season itchiness can be caused by a variety of problems. Excessive itching is frustrating for dogs and their owners, and can lead to skin damage such as bald patches, open or broken skin or thick leathery patches when the surface of the skin is compromised. These powerful elements contain Quercetin (a natural antihistamine), Vitamin C (a natural healer) and (in the Topical Spray) Anethole (a natural pain relief). Together these help soothe and calm itchy, sore skin and stop excessive scratching, chewing, biting and licking. The shampoos available to treat itchy skin are often full of chemicals which can cause more problems for your dog’s delicate skin.

WashBar Itch Soothe Shampoo is 100% natural and made with a powerful blend of botanical extracts to relieve minor itching and scratching as well as soothe the sore skin.

The shampoo is different from anything else available. The botanical extracts in our shampoo contain Quercetin (a natural antihistamine) and Vitamin C (a natural healer).  These help deal with minor skin conditions by soothing and calming dogs’ itchy, sore skin and stopping excessive scratching, chewing, biting and licking.

The shampoo also contains New Zealand Pure Manuka essential oil and Lavender essential oil. These oils are known for their antibacterial, antifungal and soothing properties to further reduce inflammation and discomfort brought on by mild allergies.

How to Use | Directions

Wet your dog all over and apply shampoo directly onto coat. Gently massage into a lather (you may need to add a little more water to build up a lather) try and leavethe shampoo in for 3-5 minutes. Rinse with warm water until it runs clear. Dry your dog with a clean towel and tell them how good they are, because a little love helps the healing.

Use twice weekly until the condition settles.

This shampoo is low foaming and sulfate free, so it rinses away easily and doesn’t strip the coat.
